In order to keep our membership informed of the latest news and updates I (Webmaster, Secretary & Membership Director) with board approval have created this forum and added all members of the club. Please do not unsubscribe from this forum as this is how we are going to distribute important club and membership information moving forward. The settings for this email distribution have been tested, and your email address will not be shared with anyone else.
There are a couple of things to mention here regarding membership renewals. It's that time of year where everyone who plans on remaining in the club to renew their membership. Notifications have started going out and there was an issue that was brought to my attention last evening that those who have Family Head of Household memberships that were being charged for all members on their membership. I found the issue this morning and have made adjustments so that only the Primary member is charged and not everyone in the family. We are still working out the bugs when it comes to making payments through this website so until further notice, payments should be mailed to address provided below.
It was voted on at the meeting last evening (April 13, 2026) that membership dues moving forward will be as follows. New Family Head of Household is going to be $190.00 & New Individual will be $160.00. This first-year fee includes a $40.00 Initiation fee. If you are currently on the waiting list and get moved into membership these will be your charges.
For all others that will be renewing their members, the fee will be as follows. Renew-Primary Head of Household $150.00 & Renew-Individual will be $120.00

All those who are going to remain members of the club and completed their ONLINE Membership Applications make sure that your documents are up to date. If you haven’t submitted the new HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT we need them updated as well. If anyone needs help with bringing their ONLINHE Membership Applications and Documents current, I am here to assist you all you have to do is contact me so that arrangements can be made to get this done before the renewal date. A reminder that it is the Primary Members responsibility to make sure your Membership Application is kept up to date and that valid Insurance & Registrations ID cards have not expired.
To those who have issues with the website and bringing everything current, you will be receiving a mailing in the coming days for you to fill out and return. Along with that form please include your Insurance, Registration, Side photo of machine and the new HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT if not current.
