Copy of Valid INSURANCE ID CARD
the club doesn't need to see a copy of your insurance policy
A legible original Hold Harmless Agreement sent via USPS copies are unacceptable
A friendly reminder that any vehicle that is going to be on the club's trail system must be registered and insured, no exceptions.

and the original must be mailed in using the United States Postal Service to the

This waiver must be completed and signed by anyone intending on riding our clubs trail system. If under the age of 18 a legal guardian must sign regardless of child's age and submitted with your paperwork.

Any family member listed on a families membership application that turns 18 years old will need to complete a new waiver, no exceptions.
Any waiver that submitted where the printed name and date is not legible at the top of the document will be rejected and you will be asked to submit a new document that is.
GUEST RIDER FORM
If you are interested in riding along with another club member or during a club hosted event you must complete a Guest Rider Form & Hold Harmless Agreement which must be signed in front of a Notary Public by each person attending whether they are riding or a passenger & this includes those under legal age of consent. Please follow the instructions provided on the form.

Once completed, please send them by mail to the address at the bottom of this page or at the top of the form.
After your guest rider form has been processed you will be able to ride along with another club member or during a club event once you PURCHASED A DAY PASS
Recently a guest was asked for their day pass and when it was reviewed, it wasn't current. DAY PASSES ARE ONLY GOOD FOR ONE DAY, THE DATE THEY WERE ISSUED FOR.
ANY MEMBER or GUEST who doesn't comply with the clubs day pass policy, disciplinary action will be taken, (pending a review of the clubs board members), this includes a revocation of your club membership.
DAY PASSES
Day Passes are available & the fee is $10.00 per person. It is the responsibility of the club member you are riding with to make arrangements with the club president to obtain the day pass. You must provide the club with guest rider form, proof of insurance, registration and a signed waiver of liability in advance of obtaining your pass.
